E-900 is the star of the Superfine EDM graphite world. By choosing a Superfine grade over a Premium grade you may expect to give up Machinability, Wear Resistance and Surface Finish in favor of Speed. If so, get ready to be amazed. E-900 from Micron Research gives you an exceptional Metal Removal Rate, but gives up very little in Wear Resistance and Surface Finish.  As far as Machinability, you won’t believe the fine detail you can achieve with this superior EDM graphite. Like its’ Ultra-Premium and Premium counterparts our Superfine E-900 wire cuts so smoothly it can be milled or ground with conventional tooling.
